Two options are available, depending on group size and the desired atmosphere.

Not suitable for:

• Guests seeking early-morning brewing access

• Those looking for a private or highly intimate setting

Option B｜Aoki Family Reception Room

A Refined Tasting in a Private Historic Setting

An exclusive guided tasting held in the Aoki family’s Edo-period reception room, overlooking a traditional Japanese garden.
This option focuses on atmosphere, lineage, and quiet appreciation in a setting where the family has welcomed distinguished guests for generations.

Recommended for:

• High-end travelers and couples

• Small private groups seeking a refined cultural atmosphere

• Guests preferring a relaxed experience without early-morning demands

Not suitable for:

• Groups larger than 6 guests

• Guests seeking hands-on brewing access

Group size:

• Maximum 6 guests per session

❌ Cancellation Policy (Percentage-Based)

Cancellation fees apply according to the timing of cancellation, as follows:

• 20 to 8 days prior to the tour date: 20% of the tour price

• 7 to 2 days prior to the tour date: 30% of the tour price

• 1 day prior to the tour date: 40% of the tour price

• On the day of the tour: 50% of the tour price

• No-show or cancellation after the tour has started: 100% of the tour price

These cancellation charges are based on the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions of Japan
(custom-arranged tours).
